How the contract comes about
- Conversation. Tell us through the support form what needs looking after. We take a look at the setup and work out what matters to you.
- Offer. You get the scope in writing: services, response time, working time and price.
- Signing here in the portal. With the offer you receive a personal code. Enter it when ordering — the agreed scope is shown and becomes part of the contract.
Pricing
The tiers above are a frame of reference, not a fixed list of services. Where your plan sits within it comes out of the conversation.
Term
The plan runs monthly and can be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the month you have paid for — no minimum term, no notice period. Included working time applies to the month in question and does not accumulate.
For work that goes beyond the agreed scope, you get an estimate first. Nothing is billed that you have not agreed to.
