Sales through this shop are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd.
as Merchant of Record. Paddle is your contracting party for the purchase,
collects the payment and issues the invoice — refunds are therefore also
handled by Paddle. Any declaration that reaches us is passed on without
delay.
Withdrawal within 14 days
Consumers in the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal. We follow it:
- 14 days from the conclusion of the contract, that is
from your order. - No reason required. You do not have to tell us why.
- No particular form. A clear statement is enough —
email, form, or a message to Paddle. You need not use a template. - What counts is your declaration, not our processing.
Writing on the fourteenth day is in time, even if we reply on the
fifteenth.
Immediate access does not cost you this right. For digital
content the right of withdrawal can expire early if the buyer expressly consents
before downloading. We deliberately do not ask for that consent.
You receive the licence key straight away and keep the full 14 days.
As the contract of sale is concluded with Paddle, the withdrawal must be
addressed to Paddle; the statutory instruction is part of
Paddle’s
buyer terms. A declaration to us is equally valid — we pass it on.
We also refund
- Technical problems. If the software does not work for
you and we cannot resolve it together, we refund — including after the
14 days have passed. - Accidental duplicate purchases and obvious billing
errors.
For a renewal already under way, § 4 of the
Terms of Use applies: cancellation takes effect
at the end of the term you have paid for; the remainder of that term is not
refunded pro rata, but access, updates and support continue until it ends.
How to request a refund
- Using the Withdraw from contract button on
this website. You receive a confirmation by email immediately, and we
forward your declaration to Paddle. - By plain email to
support@autenova.com. - Directly with Paddle, using the link in your purchase confirmation.
How long it takes
Paddle initiates the refund once processed; depending on the payment method it
usually takes a few business days until the amount reaches your account. Refunds
go back to the payment method you used.
What happens to the licence
A full refund blocks the associated licence key. Updates and support end with
it. The software itself is licensed under GPL-2.0-or-later and may continue to be
used; the licence key limits access to the update service, not use of the
program.
