Autenova is a small business under section 19 UStG (German VAT Act). We do not show VAT, and so there is no VAT identification number under section 27a UStG.
Dispute resolution
We do not take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. We are neither obliged nor willing to do so.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you find a security vulnerability in our software or on one of our websites, please tell us in confidence. We acknowledge receipt within three business days. How to report, and what you can expect from us, is set out under Reporting a vulnerability.
This is also our point of contact for reporting vulnerabilities under the Cyber Resilience Act – CRA (Regulation (EU) 2024/2847).

Liability for content
We answer for what we ourselves publish here under general law. Third-party information that we merely transmit or store, we are not obliged to monitor, nor to look for circumstances suggesting unlawful activity. Once a specific infringement comes to our attention, we take the content down.
Liability for links
In places we link to external pages. What appears there is the responsibility of their provider, not ours. When we set the link, nothing unlawful was apparent; checking continuously without cause cannot reasonably be expected of us. If an infringement comes to our attention, we remove the link.
